Robert M. Schwan, D.M.D
Robert Mathes Schwan obtained his undergraduate degree at Lafayette College as a Dean's List Biology Major, and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Schwan was able to graduate 1st in his class at U. Penn for all clinical courses and was also elected to the academic honor society known as Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
Dr. Schwan was selected by the U.S. Navy to receive training in Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics (reconstruction of the entire dentition) and General Anesthesia at the Naval Hospital in Philadelphia. In 1972, after three years in the Navy, Dr. Schwan returned to West Chester in order to start his dental practice
Dr. Schwan's practice has evolved into a full-service general and cosmetic dental center. His office complex is shared with a separate dental practice and an independent dental lab, which does high quality crown and bridgework for Dr. Schwan and other dentists in the area.
Dr. Schwan continues to utilize his exceptional artistic ability with the latest updates in dental materials and equipment.
